Minimize Risks and introduce safe working practices by identifying all workplace hazards, undertaking assessments, performing audits, and taking all necessary actions for prevention & control of injury, ill-health, loss or damage.
Establish challenging safety benchmarks and leadership review mechanism to ensure continual improvement aimed at the elimination of work-related illness and injury to achieve harmless work atmosphere.
Provide appropriate training and safety knowledge to all Intech employees, vendors and visitors to enable safe work atmosphere. Adhere to the legal obligations and ensure that the business practices are in accordance with relevant health and safety legislations and standards.
Involvement of all employees and interested parties regarding matters pertaining to workplace health & safety and take their valuable suggestions for further improvements.
Defining safety responsibilities for all the employees so that that all incidents/injuries are prevented and everyone is responsible for safety of their own and their processes. Adherence to the safety rules is mandatory.
